Lemon Crisps

California’s lemon crop is grown in the Coastal Region, from Santa Barbara all the way to San Diego. To achieve this shiny, sun-yellow citrus, farmers need ample sunlight, shining for more than 8 hours each day. The harvest is year-round, with the peak fruit coming in winter, and we only choose the best.

You can almost taste the sunlight in California lemons, and once these ripe, juicy fruits are dried, you get a gorgeous texture that’s far more stunning in color than the original.
