We would like to inform you of our updated processing and shipping schedule amidst Covid-19.

In order to optimally minimize risks for our entire staff, extended families and community, we are arranging isolated shifts and production, as needed based on volume of orders.

Fulfillment is also scheduled based on volume, and shipping is scheduled at a maximum twice per week until further notice.

This may cause changes and delays to expected delivery times from stated information on the website.

Orders will arrive approximately 10 - 12 days after being placed.

Your estimated delivery date will be provided to after placing your order and receiving a confirmation email. If you are not satisfied with the expected delivery dates provided to you, you may choose to do the following:

  • 1. Respond back to the email with, "Cancel," - order will be removed and cancelled from que, payment will be refunded, and confirmation of return and refund sent via email.
  • 2. Respond back to the email with, "Time Sensitive," and we will have someone reach out to learn about the timeline and arrange details, if possible.
  • 3. You DO NOT need to respond if you are willing to receive your order during the expected receipt window mentioned.

Laslty, please know, our facilities are audited for Food Safety, Defense and all Sanitation protocols (personnel and facilities) at a minimum semi-annually, with daily production and sanitation recording in place. We are staying informed on all, if any, extra necessary steps to ensure most recent and applicable safety and sanitary practices are upheld.

We've also provided resources, shared information and are in communication with all our employees and their families daily to ensure we are all able to and doing our part to #flattenthecurve and #beatittothecurb!
