Our tomato crisps begin with red, juicy, right-off-the-vine Campari tomatoes grown and harvested in the farming heartland of California. Once we dry them for six to eight hours, the result is a visually cool version of the original fruit, with seeds, center skin and pith all in place. Our tomato crisps can function like chips, and you can snap them in half. Deeply inhale and you get that acidic, salty, fresh-slice tomato flavor.
